1.What is the Endolift? What does it do?

It is a combined laser application that combines skin rejuvenation and facial contouring. Surgical operations in which the skin is cut and stretched is no longer necessary for sagging face, chin, neck areas and bags under the eyes. This application, which does not require incision and anesthesia, only with air cooling or local anesthesia, offers a much easier and safer option compared to traditional surgical applications.

2.Which areas can it be applied to?

Endolift is used in many areas such as the treatment of neck and jowl sagging, jawline clarification, cheek and mid-face suspension, and treatment of under-eye bags.

3.Is it a painful procedure and when can I return to my daily life?

This procedure, which is performed with local cooling or local anesthesia, is a painless application compared to other cosmetic skin stretching applications. Although there are minimal edema that starts within 6 hours after the procedure and can last 24-48 hours, it is a procedure in which the patient can return to his daily life on the same day. After the application, there is no bruise and corset-bandage is not used.

4. Can it be applied on all faces and all age groups?

Absolutely yes, it can be applied on any skin type and any age. In patients with severe skin sagging, some extra applications may be required with Endolift.

5. When does the effect start and end?

Endolift is one of the very rare applications that you can see its effect immediately after the procedure. Its effect lasts between 2-5 years depending on the skin structure and the complexity of the skin.

6. Will a single session be enough?

Again, according to the structure of the skin and the severity of the problems, our patients are informed before the procedure. On the faces with severe sagging, we may need to do 2 or 3 sessions with 6 months intervals. A single session is sufficient for 70-80% of patients in routine.

7. Does it have a fat burning effect?

Or is it just tightening the skin? Endolift has 3 modes, acne treatment, skin tightening and fat burning (lipolysis). So while only the tightening mode is used on the faces where skin sagging is at the forefront, in cases where we need to reduce the face with sagging or in areas where fat burning is required (such as jowl) 2 modes used together.

8. How long does the process take? Can we apply it to our entire face in a single session?

We divide the face into 4 regions: Neck and jowl ; jaw line; cheeks and nasolabial wrinkles; around the eyes. The treatment of these 4 regions is planned and carried out separately. The treatment of each area takes approximately 45 minutes. In some patients, the treatment of 2 regions can be planned together.

9. What's the difference from other facial rejuvenation methods?

The superiority of facelift with surgery cannot be discussed, but this surgical application is increasingly avoided due to the serious complications that may occur after surgery (such as facial paralysis, lip nerve paralysis, bleeding, skin loss, drooping or drooping eyelid) and the difficulty of the postoperative process.
