Medical disclaimer

In short

The information on this website is educational. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a promise of any particular result. It cannot replace an examination and consultation with a qualified surgeon. If you have an urgent medical problem, contact your local emergency services.

General information only

The pages on this site describe procedures in general terms. They cannot take account of your medical history, your anatomy, your medications or anything else specific to you. Nothing here should be read as advice about your own case.

No doctor–patient relationship

Reading this site, submitting an enquiry form or exchanging emails with the practice does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after a formal consultation and, where surgery is planned, an in-person examination.

Results vary

Surgical outcomes depend on individual anatomy, healing, age, skin quality, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed. Two people having the same operation can have meaningfully different results and recoveries. No outcome described anywhere on this site is guaranteed.

All surgery carries risk

Every operation carries risks, including risks associated with anaesthesia. Where a page lists risks, that list is not exhaustive. The risks that apply to you specifically will be discussed with you during consultation, and you should not consent to surgery until you understand them.

Recovery timings are ranges

Where this site gives a recovery time, it describes what is typical — not what will happen to you. Your surgeon's instructions always take precedence over anything written here, including on questions such as when it is safe to fly, to drive, to exercise or to return to work.

In an emergency

Do not use this website or its enquiry forms to report an urgent medical problem. If you are unwell, contact your own doctor or your local emergency service. If you have recently had surgery with this practice, use the contact route you were given at discharge.

We link to external sources such as national health services and surgical societies for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Where treatment takes place

Treatment described on this site is provided in Istanbul, Türkiye, and is regulated under Turkish law. Standards, regulatory frameworks and complaint procedures differ from those in your own country. If you are travelling for treatment, please read the safety and standards page before making a decision.
